Refund policy

At SALTYLINES, we want you to stay with us forever, which is why we have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return or exchange.

If you're returning a product due to a size or color error, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—clean, unused, and with the tags and original packaging—for the return to be accepted. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send a response to the email or WhatsApp number you used to contact us. Returned items will not be accepted without prior request.
